Tinita Engineering’s contribution to the Bio-Ethanol Plant: Supplied 14 Static Equipment Units for the Evaporation Section

Mumbai, India – 2023: Tinita Engineering Pvt. Ltd. successfully designed, fabricated, and delivered 14 critical static process equipment units, including heat exchangers, evaporators, and a vapour-liquid separator, for the evaporation section of a Bio-Ethanol Plant. The project was executed under the technical supervision of Engineers India Ltd. (EIL)* and coordinated by TOMSA DESTIL India Pvt. Ltd. along with Arya Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd.

All equipment was manufactured in compliance with Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR), ensuring safety, reliability, and performance in high-pressure operations. With units ranging from 10 MT to 45 MT, the fabrication involved advanced metallurgies such as Super Duplex Stainless Steel, Titanium Grade 2, and Titanium Grade 12, selected for their corrosion resistance and durability in aggressive bio-processing environments.
