Working Principle

In a stripping column, heated oil enters from the top and flows down through structured packing as a thin film. Steam enters from the bottom in counter-current flow, stripping volatile components from the oil. The column operates under vacuum which enhances separation efficiency at high temperatures. The vapors exit from the top, while the treated oil moves to the next process. Column height varies based on required separation levels. Manufacturing capacities include diameters from up to 5200 MM, inner diameter length up to 40 MTR, and weights up to 89 tons.
