Tinita Engineering Delivers 03 Inconel 600 Columns for Fluorochemical Application

Mumbai, India – 2023: Tinita Engineering Pvt. Ltd. successfully designed, fabricated, and delivered three Inconel 600 Columns for a major fluorochemicals project. The scope of supply included one By-Product Recovery Column and two LBC Columns, with heights reaching up to 30 meters. These vital devices were designed to withstand harsh operating circumstances, leading to safe, dependable, and efficient chemical processing.

The columns were constructed from Inconel 600, a high-performance nickel-chromium alloy selected for its exceptional resistance to hydrofluoric acid and high-temperature environments. With a design pressure of 6 Kg/cm² and a design temperature of 300°C, the equipment was precisely fabricated to ensure extended service life and minimal maintenance even under continuous operation.

The engineering highlights of this project included the fabrication of three custom-designed Inconel 600 columns, each tailored for continuous high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
