Tinita Engineering Delivers Titanium Condenser for Sea Water Application to Nayara Energy

Tinita Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has successfully completed the design, fabrication, and supply of a Titanium Condenser for Nayara Energy’s critical seawater cooling application. Executed in early 2021, the project was delivered under the technical guidance of Technip Energies (EPC) and ThyssenKrupp (PMC), ensuring high-quality standards and on-time execution.

This Titanium Condenser was specially designed to resist severe marine corrosion, using premium-grade Titanium and Alloy 28 materials for exceptional durability and reliable long-term performance. The equipment was dispatched from Tinita Engineering’s advanced fabrication facility within the agreed schedule.

With a shell diameter of 1630 mm, a length of 8800 mm, and a heat transfer area of 1353 m², this high-performance condenser is a key addition to Nayara Energy’s cooling system infrastructure. It features a 16 mm carbon steel shell, channels with 3 mm Alloy 28 cladding, and tubesheets clad with 9.5 mm Titanium Grade 1 for superior corrosion resistance.

The Titanium Condenser, now in operation, plays a vital role in achieving sustainable and efficient plant operations by enhancing cooling performance in seawater-exposed conditions.

This milestone further strengthens Tinita Engineering’s position as a trusted manufacturer and supplier of exotic metal heat exchangers for the oil & gas and chemical processing sectors. The company continues to collaborate with global EPC and PMC firms to deliver innovative solutions for harsh and demanding industrial environments.
